LESLEY NDLOVU, CFA, CA | Vice Chairman (Non-executive)
Lesley is CEO of ARC (African Risk Capacity) and a board member of the United Nations EPFI initiative in Geneva. He was formerly CEO of AXA (EUR 1.3T AUM)'s Specialty Risks / Lloyd's of London, AXA's Group Chief of Staff, Group Head of Corporate Development and AXA's Chief Investment Officer in Singapore. Lesley began his career as Investment Manager at Axis Capital, where he had oversight of a USD15b portfolio. Lesley holds a MFin from INSEAD, a MSc in Tax Law from the University of Oxford, is a ACA Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales, and is a CFA Charter Holder. He is also a World Economic Forum (WEF) Young Global Leader, and sits on the boards of numerous global organizations.
JEAN LIM | Senior Advisor
Jean was formerly Head of Investment Banking at Lehman Brothers in Los Angeles, and prior to that she held senior positions at Goldman Sachs and JP Morgan. She holds a MBA from Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) and a BSc in Economics from Columbia University, where she graduated Summa Cum Laude.
YEZDI CHINOY | Senior Advisor
Yezdi was recently Asia Pacific Chief Investment Officer for Assicurazioni Generali (~USD1T Asset Manager) and was also CEO of the group's Asian Asset Management business. Prior to this he has held senior management positions at JP Morgan, Jardine Fleming and Dresdner Kleinwort Benson. Yezdi holds a BCom and LLB Law from the University of Mumbai, and also holds ACS, ACIS, MICA, ACAMS certifications.

Avni is a co-founder and former Group Managing Director of Zalora, a SEA fashion brand Unicorn. She is Advisor to KKR and to L Catterton (Asia's number 1 luxury PE Fund). She holds a MBA from INSEAD and a Masters in Fashion Management from the National Institute of Fashion Technology.

Prior to that he was formerly a Financial Analyst with Barclays and Bank of New York Mellon. Russell holds a MBA from INSEAD and a BSc in Accounting and Finance from London School of Economics (LSE).

Jisun is an adjunct Professor at INSEAD, and is also a Venture Partner with Vu Ventures. Jisun is a seasoned Venture Capitalist and also the former COO of HipVan, and former CEO of One Tree Hill Ventures. She was previously a Derivatives Structurer and Trader at Citibank Global Markets and Barclays Investment Bank in NYC and London. Jisun holds a MBA from INSEAD, a MS Finance (Distinction) from Imperial College and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of Cambridge, and she is also a CFA charterholder.

Prior to that he was an Equity Trader at Trillum Investment Management. Nicholas holds a MBA from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, where he graduated top 100th percentile), a MA in Psychology from NYU where he was awarded a scholarship, and a BA in Psychology and Music from Skidmore College.

Kelly is CEO and Founder at Project Hayes, and Venture Partner, LP and IC member at SoGal Ventures in San Francisco. She formerly worked with PayPal's Innovation Labs and Adato.Ai. Kelly is the winner of PayPal's 2017 and 2018 Top Inventor Awards, and has extensive experience as a successful VC investor and founder in the US and Asia. She holds a MBA from INSEAD, and was a scholarship recipient to attend Stanford University's / 500 Startup's VC Executive program.
